The Cloud Puffer
The Cloud Puffer is our signature quilted puffer, with insulating warmth without puff overload. It is lined head to hem in our signature velvet fleece, pockets included, with dropped shoulders, rounded sleeves, ZAMAC hardware throughout, a detachable hood and a hidden inner sleeve pocket. The outer shell is nylon, the lining and filling polyester.
It comes in Carbon and Buttercream, in XS/S to L/XL. Measurements are on the outerwear size chart, and the rest of the layer sits in outerwear.
Essential Modal, the walking blur filter
Our Essential Modal range was famously coined the walking blur filter. Think dropped shoulders, oversized cuts and airbrushed fabric, crafted from climate-adapting modal that keeps you warm in the cold and cool in the heat, all year round.
The pieces wearing the 400GSM badge are 76% modal, 14% nylon and 10% spandex, woven tighter for structure. The 3/4 zip Modal Club Pullover layers under the puffer, accented with gunmetal hardware. Activewear in LotionTech™
Most of our activewear, from the Sculpt bras to the Wrap leggings, is cut from LotionTech™, our collagen-infused blend of 70% UMORFIL® Bionic Nylon and 30% spandex, with a creamy, cooling hand-feel. The Wrap styles are shaped with a V-shaped waistband, and the Wrap shorts add glute-contouring back seams.
For everyday wear, the Phantom Pocket Legging pairs an elastic-free tapered waistband with deep side pockets, no front seam and a 26 inch inseam. Shop all activewear or just the leggings.
The Villains capsule
Villains is our built-in-bra capsule: dresses, tops and a bodysuit with the cups sewn in, so there is no strap to hide. The Villain Slip and the Villain Maxi are 95% modal and 5% spandex, double-lined, with removable cups and adjustable straps.
Fabric changes by piece, which is worth knowing before you pick one: the Villain Top is a nylon and spandex knit with a polyester lining, not modal. Each product page carries its own composition. Shop Villains.
How the winter layers sit together
Chapter 1 is three layers. LotionTech closest to the skin when you are moving. Modal over it, the pullover, the hoodie or the jogger. Then the puffer, which has a detachable hood of its own, so the modal hood can sit under it or stay home.
The modal pieces are already cut oversized, so if you plan to wear them under the puffer rather than on their own, factor that into the size you take.
Which size to take
Every product page carries its own fit guide and the size chart for that category, and they do not all say the same thing. The general rule on our size guide is to size up when you are between sizes.
The exceptions are written on the product. The Modal Oversized Hoodie is cut dramatically oversized, so size down. The Villain Halter Dress runs big, so take one size down. Outerwear runs XS/S to L/XL, with its own measurements, and dresses have their own chart.
Fabric, by weight
Most of what is in this chapter is one of three fabrics. Modal at 400GSM, 76% modal with nylon and spandex, on the pullovers, hoodies and joggers that wear the badge: structure, with drape. Modal at 95% with 5% spandex on the Villain Slip and Maxi, lighter and closer to the body. LotionTech™, 70% UMORFIL® Bionic Nylon and 30% spandex, on the activewear.
Outerwear is its own thing: a nylon shell with polyester lining and filling. The exact composition for any piece is on its FABRIC tab.
Looking after them
Wash with like colours, turn the garment inside out, machine wash cold and air dry. Do not iron or bleach. Certain colours may fade slightly after the first wash, which is normal and does not affect the garment.
